Economic empowerment of adolescent girls and young women, through business and job skills training

The World Bank (WB) Umbrella Facility for Gender Equality (UFGE) multi-donor trust fund is dedicated to advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment through experimentation and knowledge creation to help governments and the private sector focus policy and programs on scalable solutions with sustainable outcomes. The UFGE trust fund supports the Economic Empowerment for Adolescent Girls and Young Women (EPAG) program in Liberia. The overall objective of EPAG is to increase self and wage employment and earning among adolescent girls and boys as well as young women and men aged 16-24 years.
