USAID Title II Emergency Program for Humanitarian Assistance: Assistance and Recovery through World Food Program.
Provide goods, food, personnel, services, cash, vouchers, family tracing and other assistance to meet basic human needs in order to foster transition from relief according to principles of universality, impartiality and human dignity, as well as implement risk reduction and resilience activities within a disaster response context. This element should be selected when possible as part of an integrated, coordinated and/or multi-sectoral approach. The provision of effective protection, assistance, and durable solutions for refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), stateless persons, and other victims of conflict and disasters.
