Liberia Energy Sector Support Program (LESSP) Mid term Evaluation. The Liberia Energy Sector Support Program (LESSP) was designed by USAID/Liberia to increase access to affordable renewable energy services in geographically focused rural and urban areas in order to foster economic, political and social development.
Increase the efficiency, reliability, diversity, and transparency of energy services and promote investment in the development, transport, processing, and utilization of indigenous energy sources and imported fuels Support for improved access to transportation services in rural and underserviced urban areas, including working with both public and private sector initiatives to deliver efficient and cost effective transportation options. Support for new transportation infrastructure development and operation and maintenance efficiency plans for existing transportation systems to foster economic growth.
