Study of The Classified Road Network
The objectives of the study are: (i) to develop a detailed prioritized routine and periodic maintenance and road rehabilitation programme for selected classified roads in the Central Region: (ii) investigate the economic and technical feasibility of improving the Karuma-Pakwach-Nebbi-Arua and Ntungamo-Rukungiri -Ishasha roads to bitumen standard; and to carry out detailed engineering designs and the preparation of contract documents and cost estimates for both roads if the feasibility study is positive.
