To enable Uganda to benefit from the mechanisms for mitigation of climate change. To strengthen technical capacity on CDM project formulation and create awareness of investment opportunities under the CDM among governmental institutions, project developers, including project-financing institutions.
The state of Uganda and its inhabitants. Direct beneficiaries will be persons and institutions receiving capacity building and other CDM project support through the activities of the project.
