Consultancy costs - Health basket
This support relates to consultancy costs for the Belgian Development Agency in Uganda (BTC Uganda). BTC has carried out a study for a new Health Basket Fund in Uganda, planned to be rolled out during 2016. The Health Basket will be used to strengthen health services on district level in the country. Sweden had initially planned to co-finance the Health Basket, but will now most likely fund a similar contribution implemented by the World Bank, as this is assessed to be a better alternative.
