The Independent Development Fund is a joint donor funding mechanism established to offer support services to Ugandan civil society organizations to strengthen their capacities to effectively contribute to the country's human rights, good governance and poverty reduction efforts. These support services are provided through grants and grant management support. Sida support is 10,5 MSEK 2010-12.
