FSD Phase II
FSD (Financial Systems Development Programme) is a cooperation between bank of Uganda (BoU) and GTZ. The BoU/GTZ/sida FSD programme set out to address deficiences in Uganda's financial market. The overall objective is to improve access to sustainable financial services, especially for the poor.
