Civil Society Fund/Uganda AIDS Commission 2010-14 - Mid Term Review of the Civil Society Fund 2011
The CSF is a joint donor basket fund in support of the National HIV/AIDS Strategic plan 2007/2008-2011/2012. The purpose of the fund is to bring together multiple donor funds and to disperse grants to civil society that are aligned with national and district plans and decision making processes and enable an effective, scaled up and comprehensive response to HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria.
