Framework support to Plan Sweden 2014 for programmes that relates to Sida's mandate to support local civil society organisations that, with a rights-based approach, contribute effectively to poverty reduction.
The overall objective of the intervention is that "Together with civil society organisations, children and youth claim their rights from duty bearers, who actively commit to respect, protect and fulfil these rights".
