The pilot "Innovation Systems and Innovative Clusters program in Eastern Africa" (ISCP-EA) aims to contribute to the development of a well functioning national system for collaboration between researchers, innovative small scale enterprises and financial and political institutions to enable the development of innovative new products and services. So far 22 clusters have been supported.
