Civil Society Fund Monitoring and Evaluation Agent project
The Civil Society Fund Monitoring and Evaluation Agent project established and ensured sound implementation of a common monitoring and evaluation system to track progress of the fund and its grantees. The system, which was accessible for civil society organization data entry and analysis on the Internet, included indicator guidance, common data collection templates, reporting forms, and guidance for data use. As a key element of strengthening the system and to strengthen local organizations, the project provided group training and extensive one-on-one coaching and mentoring in monitoring and evaluation to all Civil Society Fund grantees.
