Malaria Action Program for Districts

USAID's Malaria Action Program for Districts, made possible by support from the American and British people, is working to help control this disease. The programme is being implemented by Malaria Consortium in partnership with Jhpiego, Banyan Global, Communication for Development Foundation Uganda (CDFU), Deloitte Uganda and Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI). Malaria Consortium provides overall technical direction and oversight of the programme, programmatic and representation leadership, as well as coordination of the partners. Project partners bring critical technical expertise and implementation experience in the Ugandan context in the areas of capacity building and malaria in pregnancy (Jhpiego), gender inclusion (Banyan), diagnostics (IDI), communications (CDFU), and grants management (Deloitte).
