Performance Evaluation of the Uganda Capacity Program
IBTCI is conducting an evidence-based performance evaluation of the USAID/Uganda Capacity Program in order to establish the effectiveness of the interventions of the program and document what has worked well and what has not. Lessons from this evaluation will be integrated in future programming within the Mission and the Ministry of Health (MoH) to support national efforts in strengthening the health system in Uganda. The Capacity Program seeks to increase capacity for HRH policy and planning in Uganda, and to strengthen and support the private not for profit (PNFP) sector
