Den Liberia Offentlig sektor moderniseringsprojekt syftar till att genomföra lönereform, öka effektivitet samt förbätre personal administrationen i de sju deltagande ministerierna i Liberia.
The Liberia Public Sector Modernization Project aims to improve pay and performance management in participating ministries, and strengthen payroll management in the Civil Service in Liberia. The project will benefit Liberian civil servants by improving transparency and predictability of salaries and human resource related issues such as career tracks, grade, recruitment & promotion.
