Ishaka - Katunguru Road Rehabilitation project
The principal objectives of the project are to: i) improve road transport and safety conditions between the capital at Kampala and the districts served by the road; ii) protect the capital already invested and to increase the service life of this major national road in the western part of the country; (iii) reduce maintenance and vehicle operating costs; and (iv) reduce travel time which is a saving on capital.
