Kyotera-Mutukula Road Upgrading Project
The objective of the project is to improve the road transport service in the project area by reduction of cost of transport between Kyotera and Mutukula and to promote regional integration between Uganda and Tanzania. Verifiable indicators : i) Finished road roughness less than 3.5 IRI on the project road, ii) Reduced vehicles operating costs and trucking rates on the project road.
