Institutional Support for External Aid Management Project
The primary objective of the project is to develop sustainable capacity in government for effective management of external aid. Another objective is to improve the management of the Bank Group's operations in Uganda through the recruitment of an ADB Program Officer who will maintain dialogue with the Government, ensure regular project monitoring and evaluation, and strengthen donor co-ordination.
