Access to Justice
Stödet till rättshjälpsfond (Legal Aid Basket Fund) är ett initiative som stöds av fem givare. Stödet kompletterar det pågående stödet till reformer inom rättssektorn (JLOS) och förutsätts leda till ett nationellt rättsstödsprogram hanterat av JLOS. Givare till rättsstödsfonden ät Sverige, Österrike, Danmark, Nederländerna och Irland. Sveriges har bidragit med 13 MSEK sedan 2006.
The Legal Aid Busket Fund (LABF) is an initiative supported 5 development partners with special interest of legal aid service provision. It complements the ongoing Justice, Law and Order Sector, JLOS, reforms and is anticipated to pave way for a national legal aid scheme managed under JLOS. The partners are Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands and Ireland. Sweden contributed 13 MSEK since 2006
