Den svenska regeringen har beslutat om en ny biståndsstrategi för Uganda 2014-2018. Ambassaden kommer att operationalisera strategin och därmed krävs en studie som undersöker hur resultaten i strategin kan uppnås på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt. Studien kommer informera pro-aktiva val av partners, insatser och samarbetsformer på grundval av vad som förväntas uppnås under strategiperioden 2014-2018.
The Swedish Government will soon decide on a new results strategy for Uganda and the Embassy will operationalize it. A study to guide the contribution to the prescribed results in the most cost effective way is therefore required. This will inform pro-active choice of partners, interventions & forms of cooperation on the basis of what can be achieved during the strategy period 2014-2018.
