Målet är ökade inkomster i tillväxtsektorer genom inkluderande marknadsutvecklingsåtgärder. Det ska uppnås genom stöd till insatser för förbättrat företagsklimat, högre jordbruksproduktivitet och produktiv sysselsättning med särskilt fokus på kvinnors och ungdomars behov och förutsättningar i Karamoja och Norra Uganda.
The objective is increased incomes in high growth sectors through inclusive market development by supporting measures that strenghten the business environment, agricultural productivity, private sector partnerships, and productive employment. The programme specifically focuses on the needs and conditions of women and youth in Karamoja (four districts) and Northern Uganda (two districts).
