Insatsen innebär en kvalitetssäkring årsbudgetarna och upphandlingsplaner 2014-2015 inom forskningssamarbetet med Makerere Universitetet. Revisionsfirmans genomgång kommer att påvisa om regelverk efterföljs, och om budgetarna är finansiellt korrekta. Insatsen kommer även resultera i rekommendationer för konkreta förbättringar av ekonomihanteringen inom samarbetet, samt vara stöd i beredningen av nytt forskningsavtal 2015-2020.
The intervention is a procurement, through a UM Kampala framework agreement, with Kisaka & Company to make an assessment of annual budgets and procurement plans 2014-2015 in the research cooperation program with Makerere University for quality assurance, accurancy and compliance with rules and regulations, and for recommendations leading to long term institution building.
