PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ANSWER AS THE QUESTION HAS BEEN CHANGED Ambassaden ska formulera en operationaliseringsplan under den nya resultatstrategin för Uganda 2014-2018, samt programmera en Svensk portfölj i enlighet med de resultat som presenteras i strategin. Ambassaden önskar upphandla en studie som ska ge vägledning kring de mest möjliga och effektiva former för samarbete för att uppnå hållbara resultat inom områdena främja jämställdhet och rättigheter, SRHR och reducering av sexuellt våld, samt stärka kvinnors ställning via stöd till ökad produktive sysselsättning för kvinnor. Studien ska fokusera på de resultat som presenteras i resultatstrategin genom att identifiera relevanta samarbetspartners. The Embassy is tasked to operationalize the strategy and to programme the Swedish portfolio in line with the results spelt out in the new strategy. The Embassy wishes to procure a study that will provide guidance on the most feasible and efficient forms of cooperation to achieve sustainable results within the areas of promotion of gender equality and rights, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), reduction in Gender Based Violence (GBV) and the empowerment of women, through support to increased employment opportunities for women. The study should focus on the results in the Results Strategy through identifying relevant partners for collaboration to reach the gender relevant results in the strategy.

The Embassy is tasked to operationalize our new result strategy. The Embassy wishes to procure a study that will provide guidance on the most feasible and efficient forms of cooperation to achieve sustainable results within the areas of promotion of gender equality, WEE, SRHR and GBV.
