The consultant shall produce one single, stand alone, steering document for the prospective Uganda-Sweden research training partnership program 2015-2020. The consultant shall produce the document through updating and harmonizing relevant manuals and guidelines, updating obsolete data in the manuals and guidelines at hand, and adding currently missing information. The assignment is a direct procurement since there is no framework agreement that covers these services is in place. The same firms as we have framework agreement with for audit services have been asked, i.e. PwC, Deloitte and RSM - see contr number 51180080. The assignment is estimated to take approximately 150 hours and shall be conducted during the months of June to August 2015.
