Good Life Integrated HIV Counseling and Testing Kampala project
Project Goal: To contribute to the prevention of further HIV transmission and improvement of the quality of life of individuals infected through early diagnosis and linkages to prevention, care and treatment. Overall objective of the project: To increase access to coverage of, and utilization of quality, comprehensive HIV/TB prevention, care, and treatment services for communities within the 5 divisions of Kampala. The project will be delivered through 4 key result areas, that address the specific objectives as below; 1. To increase demand for HCT services as an entry point to prevention and care services. 2. To increase access to and utilization of HCT services among most at risk populations. 3. To strengthen networks, referral systems and linkages to other HIV/AIDS, TB, Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health services. 4. To build capacity for sustainability of services initiated by the project.
