Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Program
(Uganda): MELP will continue to strengthen USAID/Uganda's monitoring and evaluation (M&E) function; improve USAID's organizational practices and capacity for learning and adaptation; and strengthen coordination, collaboration and synergy within the Mission and with other key stakeholders. In FY 2015, MELP will continue to provide technical assistance, mentoring, training and capacity building to Mission and implementing partner staff to strengthen systems and practices in M&E, learning, and adaptation. MELP will also continue to work to strengthen the Health Management Information System (HMIS) at national and sub-national levels. It will also facilitate the development of professional relationships and network-building with relevant to create meaningful relationships and coalitions around particular bodies of specialized development knowledge to enhance both USAID and the GOU's development interventions.
