Clean Sheet Health System Design Process
This project is designed to conduct a series of country case studies of sub-Saharan African countries that receive grants from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The purpose of these case studies is to assist CIDA in gaining a better understanding of how Global Fund policies and processes affect grant implementation and results at the country-level as well as to investigate issues of alignment of the Global Fund at the country-level.
